Minister's pressure prompts pavement parking ban

Pavement parking is to be banned in parts of Lewes, East Sussex, in response to a concerted campaign from local MP Norman Baker. The Home Office minister, who was previously transport minister, has been campaigning for a number of years to have pavement parking banned in his Lewes constituency.
