Recent debate in LTT’s letters column about reducing road casualties inclines me to contribute some aspirations for safer (and more efficient) roads.
If anyone should think that they may be too complicated or unnecessary to consider further, I would counter that changes certainly are needed and any reliance on the fact that the UK has safer roads than other countries is not a satisfactory response.
