COUNCILS SHOULD consider replacing busy T-junctions with mini-roundabouts to help the growing numbers of older drivers on the roads.
The Older Drivers Task Force, established by the Road Safety Foundation, says the percentage of serious accidents at T-junctions, but not at roundabouts, increases significantly with age after 65.
