Councils in the north of Scotland are preparing to establish a joint committee to oversee road collaboration activities.
The Northern Roads Collaboration Joint Committee will comprise eight councils: Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen, Angus, Argyll & Bute, Highland, Moray, Orkney Islands, and the Western Isles.
