Lambeth Council has appointed NSL to deliver environmental enforcement service across the south London borough. The service will see fixed penalty notices (FPNs) issued to members of the public aged 18 or above for littering or spitting and for failing to pick up dog foul.
The FPNs for littering and spitting will be £80 and those for dog fouling will be £50.
