Mail attacks Cameron and Osborne for Uber backing

In late March The Daily Mail launched a strongly worded attack on the Uber transport ‘platform’ as part of a thinly veiled attack on two once powerful Conservative politicians, David Cameron and George Osborne.

After listing the claimed benefits of the Uber service on 26 March, the paper observed that: “Its drivers are relatively unqualified… and have not acquired the ‘Knowledge’ of London’s streets. But by 2015 London had more Uber drivers than black...
