Conservative Party members give thumbs down to HS2, says survey

Continuing with HS2 has come bottom of a list of 34 potential General Election manifesto policies in a survey of Conservative party members run by the website Conservative Home. The website asked 1,469 members to rate each policy on a scale of importance from 1 (low) to 10 (high importance). Continuing with HS2 scored 2.96.
