Local authorities in north-east Scotland are rethinking their developer transport fund after the UK’s Supreme Court ruled it unlawful.
The ruling affects the Aberdeen City and Shire Strategic Development Planning Authority’s (SPDA) tariff-based strategic transport fund. It was set up to pool developer contributions towards transport projects that addressed the cumulative impacts of growth in the area.
