The City of York Council has revealed more detail of plans to dual the city’s A1237 outer ring road.
Transport secretary Chris Grayling announced at the end of September that the first stage of dualling the road would be one of five projects to be funded from the Major Road Network slice of the new National Roads Fund, which commences in April 2020.
