TfL won’t release detail of HS2 payments for bus disruption

Transport for London has refused to release details of how it will be compensated by HS2 Ltd for disruption to bus services during construction of the high-speed railway.

During the petitioning process for the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017, TfL reached an agreement with the UK Government that allows for HS2 Ltd to compensate TfL for costs arising from bus service changes related to the construction of HS2.
