Committee on Climate Change (CCC) chair Lord Deben is under investigation, after it emerged his corporate social responsibility company received more than £600,000 from green businesses, including one with an interest in electric vehicles.
The House of Lords Commissioner for Standards, Lucy Scott-Moncrieff, is investigating if Deben breached the code of conduct for members of the House of Lords in relation to registering and declaring interests.
