20mph campaigners have been accused of “dubious morality” by one of the authors of the DfT’s evaluation into the effects of signed-only 20mph limits. The criticism comes in response to comments about the research made by the campaign group 20’s Plenty for Us in evidence to the Scottish Parliament.
