The issues surrounding the implementation of Brexit has highlighted the faultline in a ‘first past the post’ democracy. Like the American presidential election, games of tennis, and our own general elections, a smaller overall score can win the day.

The Government has set us a target of reducing carbon costs, which will need radical changes to the way we live and transport will have to bear a significant load for us to be successful. Now here is the problem.
