Demolishing the benefit:cost ratio for building HS2

We believe those who have promoted HS2 are guilty of malfeasance in public office. Here are some of our reasons (the lower values in the benefit to cost ratios  exclude wider economic impacts (WEIs), the higher ones include those alleged benefits):
