Vintage buses win CAZ exemption

Operators of vintage buses will be able to apply for an exemption from Portsmouth’s clean air zone (CAZ) for up to ten days a year under plans approved by councillors. As well as allowing the vehicles to visit locations within the CAZ without payment, the exemption will enable them to reach festivals on the Isle of Wight, such as the Isle of Wight Classic weekend.
