Black given Director’s role at Mayer Brown

Dr Colin Black has been appointed a Director at Transport Planning, Transport Infrastructure Design, and Environmental Assessment consultants Mayer Brown Ltd.

He previously spent three years as Head of Strategy and Growth, Transportation ESG Lead at AECOM, during which time he worked with Thurrock Council and was involved in assessing the proposed Lower Thames Crossing.

With over 30 years of experience in the field, Black has a PhD in Behavioural Dimensions of Sustainable Transport and has published multiple papers on transport demand management, mobility management, and active travel management.
