Alexander Dennis has received an order from Stagecoach for 244 of its Enviro400EV next-generation zero-emission buses.
This order represents the largest single procurement of electric buses in UK bus buider’s history.
Funding support for this order has gone to Stagecoach through various local authorities in England under the latest round of the government’s Zero-Emission Regional Bus Areas (ZEBRA) scheme.
