Park Mark Plus awarded to Chelmsford’s Townfield Street MSCP

Chelmsford City Council have achieved the Park Mark Plus award for its Townfield Street multi-storey car park.

This Essex car park is the first facility in the South East of England area to receive the Park Mark Plus award.
