Bus operators take over routes in Derbyshire after transport charity folds

Derbyshire County Council has appointed bus operators to take over two services which were at risk after a transport charity announced it would cease trading.

Derbyshire Community Transport (DCT) ran a number of services for the council, including two scheduled bus services, the 147 from Belper to Street Lane, Marehay through Ripley and the 148 from Alfreton to Codnor through Pentrich.
