A driver is to appear in court after a six-month-old died in a car crash in a Welsh multi-storey car park.
Flaviu Naghi, 33 and from Wigan, is to appear at Swansea Crown Court on 7 February charged with causing death by dangerous driving and driving without a licence or insurance.
