No court action will be taken after the death of a one-year-old girl who was hit by a car in a church car park.
Ivy Mae Ross was struck by a Land Rover outside the Plymouth Brethren meeting hall in Balmedie, Aberdeenshire, in May last year. She was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, but died a short time later.
The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has decided there should be no criminal proceedings.
