East West Rail (EWR) has made two appointments to its operations and technical teams. Ben Rule, who has worked in the rail industry for over 25 years, will be Railway Operations Director. Andrew Went has been brought in as EWR’s Engineering, Technical and Safety Director. He is currently Head of Rail Engineering at Arup and an RIA board member.
