Work is due to start this month on turning St Paul’s gyratory system into a people-friendly public space. City of London Corporation said that the project, estimated to cost around £17m, will transform the streets and public realm between the old Museum of London site and St Paul’s Underground station through the partial removal of the 1970s gyratory system.
