Undeveloped land in a conservation area could become home to nine bungalows, a car park and public space.
Developer DW Hicks Holding has submitted plans to Harborough District Council to redevelop Manor Fields in Thurnby, Leicestershire.
The site, next to Grange Lane, would be made up of four semi-detached and five detached bungalows and a 16-space car park for public use, if approved.
The land is currently described as vacant, undeveloped and overgrown and not accessible to the public.
