First launches high specification deckers for Plymouth park and ride

FIRST DEVON and Cornwall this week launched a new fleet of high specification double deck vehicles for use on park and ride services in Plymouth. Like Regal Busways’ recently introduced Essex Pullman fleet (Transit December 22), they feature full leather seating throughout.
