Lyle Andrew has been appointed new Chief Executive at the Institute of Highway Engineers (IHE). He will take over when current CEO Steve Spender retires at the start of December.
Andrew will join from the Institute of Asphalt Technology (IAT) where he has been Executive Director for the past six years.
