The saga over the future of municipal bus operator Plymouth Citybus has seemingly been resolved with the news that the council has published a report that recommends the business be sold the Go Ahead.

The report will now be presented at the full council meeting on November 20 when councillors will vote on whether to proceed with the sale 10 days later.

The move will see yet another council-owned bus operation pass to private sector hands and follows Stagecoach's recent deal to acquire Islwyn...
