End of P&D saprks sharp rise in commuter parking

A Welsh hospital has reported that abuse of free spaces has worsened since tariffs were scrapped at NHS car parks in Wales. The Ysbyty Gwynedd hospital in Bangor claims that some drivers leave cars for long periods in the short-stay car park, and also park on grass verges on the site or occupy disabled bays.
