Baroness Jenny Randerson, a campaigner for transport decarbonisation, passed away on 4 January.
Randerson represented the Liberal Democrats in the Welsh Assembly (now the Senedd) from 1999 to 2011 and served as a minister in the Welsh Labour-Lib Dem administration of the 2000-2003 Welsh Assembly Government.
She was the first female Lib Dem minister to serve anywhere in the UK. She was also acting deputy first minister from July 2001 to June 2002.
