Devon floats tolls to fund new link road

Devon and Torbay councils are in talks about alternative ways of funding the A380 South Devon Link Road – including the possibility of tolling it. The £121m scheme, also known as the Kingskerswell bypass, aims to relieve congestion on the approach to Torbay, a popular coastal holiday resort.
