Split high-speed rail services at Old Oak Common

Crowd Dynamics notes that Lord Mawhinney has reported to transport secretary Philip Hammond that Old Oak Common should become the London terminal for HS2 rather than Euston. We prepared a report in December 2009 that also came to this conclusion.
