French international transport operator Keolis has appointed David Franks as managing director for new franchises.
In the newly-created post, Franks will be based in Keolis UK’s London office and will report to Alistair Gordon, Keolis UK chief executive. Keolis UK has prequalified for the InterCity West Coast Franchise, for which bidding starts in early 2012. Keolis is majority owned by French rail operator SNCF.
