High-speed rail line highlighted as political opportunity for UKIP

Amidst the ongoing war of words surrounding the HS2 high-speed rail network, sections of the media are starting to suggest that the scheme could be a significant vote-loser for the Government, with the UK Independence Party being the main beneficiary.
