Camden attacks new HS2 Euston plan

The London Borough of Camden has criticised the Government’s new plans for remodelling Euston station to accommodate high-speed rail services.

In May the DfT revealed revised plans for the station, which it said would retain most of the benefits of the original plans but would be achieved “without having to knock down and rebuild the entire station”.

Camden opposes HS2 but had developed plans for the Euston area if the high-speed line were to go ahead.
