Norman Baker has asked the Association of Chief Police Officers to rewrite its guidance on 20mph enforcement to bringing it into line with enforcement of other speed limits.
“I have met with Suzette Davenport, the relevant lead member at the Association of Chief Police Officers, about rewriting their guidance on the enforcement of 20mph limits, to ensure that they are policed in the same regards as other speed limits,” said Baker this week.
