The Advertising Standards Authority has upheld 11 grounds for complaint against an advert opposing Brighton & Hove City Council’s signed-only 20mph speed limit plans. 

The Green-controlled council, campaign group 20’s Plenty for Us, and the local branch of Friends of the Earth complained to the ASA about an advert placed in the Brighton Argus by pressure group Unchain the Brighton Motorist (UBM).
