Environmentalists have predicted a lengthy delay in changes to EU rules on lorry cab dimensions that could facilitate improved safety and fuel efficiency.
Brussels-based environmental transport campaign group Transport and Environment (T&E) said a provisional agreement of member states on the topic included a delay of eight years for the introduction of the changes.
