Keyless ignitions increase risk of theft, says Thatcham

The capital has seen a rise in thefts of vehicles fitted with keyless ignition systems by criminals using handheld devices, according to the Metropolitan Police. The devices are available on Internet auction sites such as eBay, which can bypass security features.
