Bus passengers in York and Nottinghamshire are the most satisfied with their journeys, according to the annual Bus Passenger Survey conducted by Passenger Focus.
Passenger Focus conducted its survey between September and November last year, and elicited over 47,000 responses from 38 sampling areas in 23 local transport authority and 49 bus company operating districts in the English regions outside London.
