Councillors in Cornwall have seen the final business case for a proposed joint venture with Nottinghamshire County Council to deliver highway services in Nottinghamshire.
The private report was considered by Cornwall’s cabinet last week. Subject to approval by both councils, the joint venture arrangement should commence on 1 July.
