New parking regulations for cars and coaches come into effect on 4 July

 

Parking arrangements are to be revised along the seafront in Skegness. Lincolnshire County Council says that cars parking on both sides of the road on the seafront lead to congestion through the summer months and also make it difficult for pedestrians to cross safely.

Last summer the council trialled marked bays allocated to coaches dropping passengers off on the seafront. The trial was deemed a success so further restrictions will come into force permanently on 4 July to further regulate...
