PARK(ing) Day is an annual event that sees cities around the world convert parking bays into ‘Parklets’, temporary spaces where people can sit, talk, read books, listen to music and play games. This year’s event took place on 16 September, with an estimated 1,000 parklets being created in around 35 countries.
