The waterproof coatings used on a Bedfordshire County Council multi-storey car park in the centre of Leighton Buzzard are still working almost 30 years after their application.

The Stirling Lloyd Decseal waterproofing and wearing course system was installed at the West Street car park in 1989, with some replacement markings in 2003.
