Over half of UK shoppers say they would never return to a retail site if they had previously had a poor parking experience there, according to car parks operator NCP.

When asked why they might postpone or cancel a visit, NCP found that 55% of these “lost customers” were concerned that they would not be able to find a space in which to park. 

A further 39% said a concern that either their car or they would be unsafe in the car park would prevent them from visiting, while 42%...
