London boroughs could spend up to £12m on new pay & display meters under a three-year procurement contract being tendered under the London-wide Partners in Parking (PiP) programme.
The councils taking part in PiP will operate a framework arrangement, which will enable it to have contracts with around six machine suppliers and three machine installers.
