Translink is Northern Ireland’s state-owned public transport operator. It includes NI Railways, Ulsterbus and Metro (Belfast’s bus operator).

What kind of year has she had?

More than 80 million passenger journeys were recorded on Translink’s bus and rail services during the last year. It was a difficult year with some setbacks, but Mason has highlighted the launch of the iLink smart ticketing system as evidence of continued progress.
