The campaign against parking fees for motorcycles in central London suffered a setback last month when a parking campaigner lost his High Court challenge against Westminster’s £1 a day on-street tariff at the Court of Appeal. The judge dismissed claims by Warren Djanogly of the “No To Motorbike Parking Fees” group that the council introduced the charge simply to raise revenue.
