Cooper takes over Marston’s learning and development team

Deborah Cooper has been appointed by debt recovery specialist Marston as its group head of learning and development.

Cooper joins from the National Crime Agency (formerly SOCA), where she was part of its learning and development team.

She has also worked at HMRC in a range of training and development roles, including overseeing the training of the Afghan Counter Narcotics Police.
