Retailers and community leaders in Holywell, North Wales, are calling for tariffs to be re-introduced at two council car parks five months after they won their campaign for charging to end. Businesses and shoppers have complained that the car parks have been constantly full since the charges – 20p up to three hours and 30p up to nine hours – were scrapped in October.
