The City of London Corporation is to introduce an emissions-based tariff for on-street pay & display parking. From 2 April the City will have three tiers of charge: £4 an hour for electric and zero emission capable vehicles; £5.20 for post-2005 petrol and post-2015 diesels; and £6.80 for pre-2005 petrol and pre-2015 diesels.
